Frequently Asked Questions

Does WorldClockify handle daylight saving time?

Yes. Named locations use browser-supported IANA time zones, so daylight saving rules are applied for the selected date when that information is available.

Can I use half-hour time zones?

Yes. WorldClockify supports half-hour and quarter-hour zones such as UTC+05:30 and UTC+05:45, both through built-in cities and custom fixed-offset entries.

Can this create a Teams meeting?

The planner creates a calendar file. To add a Teams link, open the file in Outlook and enable the Teams meeting option from your Microsoft calendar.

Is an account required?

No account is required for this version. The planner runs in the browser and can share the current view through the URL.

Why is the default grid set to one hour?

A one-hour grid keeps the first view clean and easy to scan. Users who need more precision can switch to the 30-minute grid from the planner controls.

Which calendars support the download file?

The downloaded ICS file is a common calendar format supported by Outlook, Apple Calendar, Google Calendar, and many other scheduling applications.
